DocAir is looking for entry-level technical diagnostics and sales professionals for our location in beautiful, booming Nashville, Tennessee. This is truly a career opportunity with a fast-growing company focused on making buildings healthier and more efficient. This is a technical sales position responding to client requests. There is no cold calling.
You will work with a team of building science professionals using state of the art remote viewing technology. After initiating the relationship with the client, you will gather site data, photos, and test measurements, as directed by your remote mentor. The site information will be transmitted in real time to the DocAir technical center where the reports and proposals are created and submitted to the customer. You will be the site person, using your superlative communication and relationship development skills to engage the client and create a bond of trust. Using your knowledge of physical science and following an evaluation protocol, you will inspect building systems looking for adverse conditions requiring repair, remediation, or upgrade. Your findings are the basis for a proposed scope of work. With every site evaluation, your knowledge of building science and diagnostics increases.
Qualifications
- Firm grasp of physical sciences and math
- Ability to accurately recognize, evaluate, and communicate site conditions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Intellectually curious and life-long learner
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and able develop one-on-one rapport and trust
Requirements
- While not required, knowledge of engineering sciences, HVAC, or building construction is desired.

Hourly rate is negotiable and based entirely on experience and performance with opportunities for growth based on performance and ability to learn.
